Historically accurate content is produced as a result of thorough research and sources comparison in order to derive logical conclusions as to the historical accuracy of the content. Due to the subjective nature of history and the possible disagreements of scholars in regards to the validity of sources, we produce our content in collaboration with field experts who can authenticate our produced material.

Acceptance in regard to a work relationship is done in the form of an official work contract. Contracts will be produced and signed in English as an accepted international language. Verbal acceptance isn’t enough for an official work relationship and doesn’t officially bound Narratera in an agreement.

Narratera is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. In addition, Narratera commits to provide a top notch service in regards to content production. The work process will be transparent from start to finish and a clear work process will be shared with the customer throughout the duration of the work relationship.

Concerns or issues with the historical accuracy of the content must be expressed during the work relationship. A positive conclusion of the relationship will be done with the acceptance of the produced service. Afterwards, Narratera isn’t liable for any content that requires alterations or changes related to historical accuracy. Nevertheless, Narratera commits to always act in good faith and to support the customer upon time availability.


The materials on Narratera’s website are provided ‘as is’. Narratera makes no warranties, expressed or implied. Narratera commits to produce historically accurate content through reliable sources, thorough research and collaboration with experts. Any controversy related to historical accuracy will be openly discussed and will require the acceptance of the customer.

Termination of Use

Narratera may terminate or suspend access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Contract breach may also result in an immediate termination of the work relationship and might incur additional fees, as agreed upon in the contract.

Governing Law

These Terms will be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction of Vienna, Austria, where Narratera is located.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes related to these Terms will be resolved through arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction. Naturally Narratera will always choose to resolve disputes first through direct communication, either online or in person.
